1. How to be a member of TamuGround?
- Step 1 - Click the Register button on the main page.
- Step 2 - Fill in your particular (email, password, verification code). Click register button.
- Step 3 - Check your email. Click the activation message.
2. Do I have to pay to register?
- No payment required. It's free!
3. How many account I can register?
- You are advised to register one (1) account only per person. However, you can still register as many accounts as you want as long as you have a different email and different mobile phone number (for mobile phone verified member).
4. How to sell item?
- Step 1 - Click the Sell Item button on the main page.
- Step 2 - Fill in the item particulars.
- Step 3 - Attach the item's picture.
- Step 4 - Click Proceed button.
5. How to be a verified member of TamuGround?
- Step 1 - Register a member of TamuGround.
- Step 2 - Fax or email your scanned MyKad to admin@tamuground.com.my
- Step 3 - We shall contact you via email and we may call you for further verification once we received all the requested info. All verification process would take at least 1 day to complete (depending on the info provided by user).
6. What are the benefits as verified member of TamuGround?
- Benefit 1: Your status as a seller would be more reliable as you are MyKad and mobile phone verified member.
- Benefit 2: You may attract potential buyer because your information is more details.
- Benefit 3: You can upload more than one (1) image for the item that you want to sell.
7. Can I sell software in hard copy format (e.g. CD, hdd) or in soft copy format?
- Yes. However, the software must be genuine and with license (refer to selling policy by click this link RULES & REGULATIONS).
8. Can I sell items on behalf of other people?
- Yes. However, you must remember that you will be the person responsible for the item sold as you are the one who post the item. Therefore, we would recommend the actual seller to register as member and sell their item themselves.
9. What should I do if the seller is a cheater or fraudster?
- You may send us email and provide the necessary information so that we can proceed with further investigation. We shall ban the user temporarily during investigation process. You can also report to the local police department as we shall provide the suspect detail information if request by the related authorities. Therefore, we would advise buyer not to transfer any money to unknown seller of non-verified member.
